plumbing done right. protecting what matters most.
OUR HISTORY
Manor Plumbing was built with a simple purpose: to provide honest, dependable plumbing service that puts people first.
After more than 15 years in the plumbing industry, Kyle saw an opportunity to build something different. He wanted to create a company where customers were treated with respect, communication was clear, and solutions were based on what each home or business truly needed — not a one-size-fits-all approach.
About four years ago, that vision became Manor Plumbing.
From the beginning, Kyle’s goal was not just to start another plumbing company. He wanted to build a team that customers could trust — hardworking people who take pride in their craft, show up prepared, and care about doing the job right.
Today, Manor Plumbing continues to be guided by those same values: honesty, reliability, craftsmanship, and genuine care for the families and businesses we serve. Whether we are handling a routine repair, a gas issue, or an unexpected plumbing emergency, our purpose remains the same: remove the stress, solve the problem, and leave every customer with peace of mind.
At Manor Plumbing, our history is still being written through every service call, every customer relationship, and every opportunity to protect what matters most.
Plumbing Done Right. Protecting What Matters Most.
Why Choose Manor Plumbing?

At Manor Plumbing, we take that responsibility seriously. We show up with honesty, respect, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time. Whether it’s a simple repair, an urgent issue, or a larger plumbing project, our goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Who We are

KYLE
Owner/Plumber
Meet Kyle
Kyle is the owner of Manor Plumbing, as well as a husband and father of four. With more than 15 years of experience in the plumbing industry, he started Manor Plumbing with a clear vision: to create a company that puts customers first.
After years in the field, Kyle wanted the freedom to treat customers the right way, provide quality and affordable plumbing services, and offer solutions that truly fit each home instead of being limited to a one-size-fits-all approach.
What Kyle enjoys most about plumbing is helping relieve the stress customers feel when something goes wrong in their home. For him, plumbing is about more than fixing a problem — it’s about helping people through stressful situations with honesty, care, and solutions that make sense.
When he’s not working, Kyle enjoys building and working on trucks, fishing, camping, and off-roading with his family.
“I started this company so we could treat people the right way and give them solutions that actually make sense for their home.”

Charlie
Plumber
Meet Charlie
Charlie graduated from high school in 2023, but his strong work ethic started long before that. Before joining Manor Plumbing, he worked at Creekside doing everything from front desk and bussing tables to waiting tables and helping in the kitchen. He also spent summers maintaining the grounds at a local golf course.
During high school, Charlie stayed active in sports and hands-on programs. He played football, wrestled, and played baseball, eventually focusing on baseball his senior year. He was also involved in Ag, FFA, and CTED programs, where he earned welding certifications and explored other skilled trades.
After high school, Charlie tried the lineman path and earned his CDL, but realized that working at heights and being away from home for long stretches was not the right fit for him. Around that same time, an opportunity came up to help with side work at Manor Plumbing. What started as part-time work in January 2024 quickly grew into a full-time career.
Charlie enjoys the problem-solving side of plumbing and takes pride in helping customers feel less stressed when they are dealing with plumbing issues. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and continuing his love of the game through softball and baseball.
“I like being able to fix something that’s stressing someone out and leave them in a better place than when I got there.”

mardi
Office Manager
Meet Mardi
If you had asked Mardi years ago where she would end up, working in plumbing would not have been her answer. But looking back now, every step in her journey helped lead her exactly where she was meant to be.
Mardi’s background includes customer service, marketing, preschool ownership, and water distribution, where she eventually became District Manager and earned her Level 2 Water Distribution certification. Across every chapter, one thing remained the same: helping people.
Today, Mardi brings that same heart for service to Manor Plumbing, where she supports both customers and technicians in the office. Her background in business, people, and systems helps her create a smooth experience for customers while supporting the team behind the scenes.
Her faith grounds her and guides how she lives and works every day. She has been married for 27 years and is a proud mom of four boys. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, fishing, hunting, and exploring backroads with her husband and family.
“Sometimes the path doesn’t make sense until you’re exactly where you’re meant to be. When I look back, every step I’ve taken has been about helping others — and it’s led me right here.”

jaime
Office Assistant
Meet Jaime
Jaime is an Arizona native who recently joined the Manor Plumbing team after taking time away professionally to be a stay-at-home mom.
Her background includes property management, facilities management, water damage and emergency remediation, retail, and customer service. Through each of those roles, Jaime gained valuable experience helping people, solving problems, and staying calm when unexpected situations come up.
Today, she brings that experience to Manor Plumbing, where her customer-focused mindset and practical background help support the team and create a positive experience for the people we serve.
Outside of work, Jaime loves adventuring with her family, camping, spending time outdoors, reading, and caring for animals — especially her dogs and chickens.
One of her favorite quotes is:
“Hoping for the best, prepared for the worst, and unsurprised by anything in between.”
